Repair Process

A complete assessment of the gate to determine the level of repair and reconditioning

The gate is completely taken apart before the necessary repairs and reconditioning process begins.

Surface grease and grime are removed using glass beads and hot water power washing.

In-depth polishing and cleaning to remove any leftover particles and surface scratches.

Upon careful inspection to ensure quality, the gate is put back together with new nuts, bolts, washers, gaskets and caps.

Repaired, polished, reassembled, thoroughly inspected, approved for resale, and prepared for delivery.
